I literally just got this yesterday and have been using it multiple times. I love the consistency and it doesn’t feel too sticky. Super hydrating and lightweight! I also love the innovation of a cooling applicator!! So far this has been great for my accutane lips. I work in derm and showed the girls I work with and they’re going to get their hands on some too! Will definitely repurchase when I run out. Obsessed is an understatement.
The actual lip balm is great, but the tube container does not work for the thickness of the balm. My first tube burst open when I tried to squeeze the balm out, and Happy Maggy generously sent a new one. However, I still can't get the balm out from the new one, and I don't want to squeeze too hard again. This would be better suited to a pot container. But I love the balm itself!
Absolutely love this! Very thick and moisturizing for my daughter’s lips! Ships fast and great customer service for my little hiccup!
