Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
  • Once an order is placed it can not be canceled or refunded

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the Canada and The United States. For international orders, local duties, taxes, and import fees are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Happy Maggy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
