Non-returnable Items for Hygiene Reasons

Due to the nature of our products, all lip balms and other personal care items are non-returnable and non-refundable once the packaging has been opened. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at team@happymaggy.com We will gladly replace the product. You may be required to provide photos of the damaged or defective item.

Processing Time
